We ship across the USA and Canada with tracked carriers. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Free shipping on orders over $49. Subscription orders always ship free. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our facility.
Returns & refunds
Not the right fit? Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — usually processed within 3–5 business days of approval.
Damaged or incorrect item? Send us a photo at info@petpalfoods.com and we'll ship a replacement right away, no return needed.
