Are the supplements safe?
Our products begin with 100% human-grade ingredients and are made in a cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) approved facility, where ongoing inspection is performed by third-party auditors and our own team.
Where are the products made?
All of our products are made and packaged in either the USA or Canada — the same jar we give our own dogs.
Do you use artificial flavors or preservatives?
No. Our products are free from artificial flavours and use only natural preservatives such as a mixed blend of tocopherols (Vitamin E) and sorbic acid.
What is “natural flavoring”?
Natural flavouring is simply dehydrated fish or meat in powder form, with natural preservatives and a pinch of salt for taste.
Do your supplements contain any bad ingredients?
We pay a significant premium to create formulas free of corn, grain, soy and artificial flavouring. We lead with whole meat and veggies that have high nutrition profiles.

How much should I give my dog?
Follow the label instructions for your pet's weight and life stage. Our treats are formulated for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and sizes — from a senior 9lb Chihuahua to a large-breed puppy.
Can I combine these with my vet's prescription?
We recommend discussing with your veterinarian to see how PETPAL supplement treats can be used alongside your pet's medications.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Risking the health and safety of animals goes against everything we stand for. PETPAL exists to create clean, nutritious supplements for every stage of our pets' lives.

Shipping & recycling
How do I recycle my empty jars?
All of our jars are made from recyclable plastics with minimal packaging. Give them a quick rinse with water and place them in your municipal blue bin.
